Do you repair the HDMI port on a PS5 or Xbox?
Yes. A damaged HDMI port is one of the most common console faults we see, usually after a cable has been knocked or pulled. Bring the console in and the diagnostic is free.
My console turns on but there is no picture. What is wrong?
It could be the HDMI port, the cable, the TV input or something internal. We check all of it as part of the free diagnostic so you are not guessing.
My console is loud and running hot. Can you help?
Yes. Consoles pull in a lot of dust over the years, which makes the fans work harder and the console run hotter. We can inspect the cooling and clean it out.
